Congratulations! Not only have you now successfully captured the data of the existing system, but you have also become familiar with the Albion CAD/GIS environment in HydroSWMM, as well as the various data tables and the way in which HydroSWMM  allows you to change and manage the data. Much of your work will be lost however, if you do not also save the data permanently to a file, for later retrieval.

 

Save the model by using Manage Models > Save Model.  This will save the model in a SQLite database (.hlz HydroSWMM compressed model file) to the original name and location specified.

 

(Correct file stored as Documents\HydroSWMM\Tutorial\Data\HydroSWMM Tutorial Model_backup.wlz, if the user wants to import).
