HydroSWMM Tutorial > Before You Start

There are some things that should be mentioned before we start:

•If you are having difficulty with the drawing and/or GIS related steps in this tutorial then it is advised that you go through the Albion CAD and GIS Quick Guides and Tutorials first. These can be loaded from the HydroSWMM Help menu.

•This tutorial and the example serves as an introduction into the extensive model building capabilities of the integrated Albion CAD environment of HydroSWMM. It is highly recommended that the user completes both the Albion GIS Quick Start Guide as well as the HydroSWMM Quick Start Guide to start off with as some of the more basic functions and features of both HydroSWMM and its GIS environment Albion are explained there.

•This Tutorial comes with a set of data files. When HydroSWMM is installed these files are copied to your Documents\GLS\HydroSWMM\ folder.

•You can reset the data files to factory settings by going to Help > Reset Documents in the HydroSWMM Menu.
